We stand behind our nursery stock, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. To ensure the best delivery for our beautiful Japanese Maples, we provide free FedEx Ground Home Delivery.

Where We Ship

We would love nothing more than to ship our beautiful Japanese Maples all over the world, but for now, we only ship within the contiguous United States, except California. So we do not ship to Alaska, California or Hawaii.

Shipping Process

All orders ship in 1-3 days. West Coast orders may be held until the following Monday to prevent additional transit time.

Damaged Shipment

Any customers with damaged trees from shipment must contact Cline’s Nursery  within 3 days of delivery. After photo confirmation of the damage an assessment will be made and a refund will be made or replacement tree may be shipped.

Missing Packages

Missing packages must be reported within 3 business days. Contact us so that we can perform a trace and find your missing package.  If carrier has lost package, we will simply reship your missing products.
